All orders ship via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling final delivery for U.S. addresses. Orders are usually dispatched the next business day, except for weekends and U.S. postal holidays. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • If delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, refunds will be issued minus shipping costs once the package returns to our fulfillment center.
  • If the carrier marks your package as delivered, but it is later lost or stolen, the buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier. Please provide a safe delivery location.

Returns – Physical Products

Ignitra offers a 180-day money-back guarantee on physical items. To receive a refund, all bottles from your order (empty, full, or partially full), including bonuses, must be returned.

Return Instructions:

  1. Include a note with your ClickBank Order ID, full name, address, email, and phone number.
  2. Add the original packing slip (if available).
